A note from Michelle
As an outdoor yoga instructor based in San Diego, I created Paths of Peace Wellness to offer classes, Yoga hikes, and community-centered experiences. My dream is for members of this community to discover and walk their own unique path to inner peace and come home to themselves.
Yoga is a practice of remembering who you are.
In nature, that remembering often comes more easily. We’re surrounded by the quiet wisdom of the natural world—where nothing is trying to be anything other than itself. A tree, a pebble, a passing cloud—they simply are. And in witnessing that, we’re reminded that we don’t have to strive to be anything other than who we are either.
Whether on the mat or on the trail, our practice invites us gently back into our bodies—so we can experience life with more awareness, and connection.
Through outdoor Yoga and guided hikes, I aim to create spaces where you can slow down and reconnect—with yourself, the natural world, and others in the community. Our paths may look different, but for a time, they can converge so we’re not walking alone.
My hope is that you leave feeling more grounded, supported, and a little more at home within yourself.
