Michelle Zilinskas

RYT 200

Michelle’s teaching is rooted in the idea that Yoga is a gentle return to oneself. Each practice is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover your true nature—focusing on what you feel on the inside rather than how a pose looks from the outside.

She is equally passionate about building community in outdoor spaces. Through her classes and hikes, she creates opportunities for people to connect—with themselves, each other, and the natural environment.

Michelle completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 studying under Lauren Rotunno at Riffs Studios in San Diego and holds an additional certification in Yin Yoga.
