Practicing presence

Cultivating community

Ease into your morning with a slow flow Yoga practice on the lawn at Mission Hills Park. We’ll move and breathe at a relaxed pace, focusing on intentional movement.

After class, you’re invited to join a neighborhood walk through Mission Hills, including a short descent into Mission Hills Canyon—a quiet, tucked-away natural space that feels worlds away from the city.

We’ll finish with time to walk, talk, and connect, enjoying the neighborhood and each other.

Meet your guide

Michelle Zilinskas

RYT 200

Michelle’s teaching is rooted in the idea that Yoga is a gentle return to oneself. Each practice is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover your true nature—focusing on what you feel on the inside rather than how a pose looks from the outside.

She is equally passionate about building community in outdoor spaces. Through her classes and walks, she creates opportunities for people to connect—with themselves, each other, and the natural environment.

Michelle completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2022 studying under Lauren Rotunno at Riffs Studios in San Diego and holds an additional certification in Yin Yoga.

Ease Into Your Weekend
