Paths of Peace Wellness provides guided hikes, yoga classes, private sessions, wellness events, an online and in-person community, and related offerings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services for improvement. Users will be notified of significant changes when appropriate.

4. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations 
 

4.1 Fee Structure
Users agree to pay the specified fees for services. Additional policies may be outlined at the time of booking.

4.2 Bookings 
Bookings are made through our website via Wix.
 

4.3 Payments 
Payments are processed securely through Wix and its third-party payment providers. We may also accept payments in person via cash or Venmo. We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
 

4.4 Cancellations and Refunds 

All sales are final at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

• Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded. If you selected “pay in person,” the payment method provided at booking may be charged.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer 

By participating in any Paths of Peace Wellness services, you acknowledge:

• You are voluntarily participating in physical activity

• You are responsible for consulting a physician if you have any medical concerns

• You assume all risks associated with participation, including injury

You are solely responsible for determining whether participation is appropriate for you.

All participants must sign the Waiver and Release of Liability prior to participating in an event.

We may request health, wellness, or emergency contact information or require a signed waiver prior to participation. This information is used solely to support your safe participation.
